    1. What tires are eligible under the Buy 3 Get 1 promotion?

      1. Eligible tires for the Buy 3 Get 1 promotion include the following- ClimaFlex 4S, Perfectus, Viento, Tormenta H/T, Tormenta A/T, Tormenta A/T2, Tormenta R/T, Tormenta M/T, Tormenta LMD models ONLY.
        1. All tires must be new and purchased as a set of four (4) in a single transaction.
    2. What is included in the rebate?

      1. The rebate covers the amount of one (1) tire based on your original receipt.
      2. Taxes, fees, mounting and installation, alignment and any additional service charges are excluded from the rebate amount
    3. Why do I need to provide proof of mounting and installation?

      1. Proof of installation confirms that the tires were properly mounted on your vehicle by a qualified installer.
        1. Submissions made without providing both proof of purchase and of mounting and installation will not qualify for the rebate.
    4. How do I claim my rebate?  Email the following to marketing@fortunetireusa.com.

      1. Your full name and mailing address for the rebate check
      2. Proof of purchase for four (4) eligible Fortune tires
      3. Proof of mounting and installation
      4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your submission is received.
    5. Is this Buy 3 Get 1 free applied at checkout?

      1. No. This offer is a mail-in rebate. You will pay the full amount at the time of purchase, then submit your documentation after installation to receive a rebate check by mail for the cost of one (1) tire.
    6. Do I have to buy all four tires at the same time?

      1. Yes. All four (4) tires must be purchased together in one single transaction to qualify.
    7. Do I have to get the tires installed at the same place I bought them?

      1. No. mounting and installation can be performed by any qualified professional installer, such as a retail tire shop or authorized service center. You must keep proof of mounting and installation to include with your rebate submission.
    8. What receipts do I need to save?

      1. Tire purchase receipt
      2. A receipt showing mounting and installation
        1. A single receipt that includes both the tire purchase along with mounting and installation is acceptable
    9. How long do I have to submit my rebate?

      1. You must submit your rebate within 30 days of purchase, after mounting and installation are completed.
    10. When will I receive my rebate?

      1. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and mailing once we have verified and approved all required documents.
