WEST COVINA, CA, MAY 28, 2025 – As part of its continued investment in building a stronger, more scalable operation, Prinx Chengshan Tire North America (PCTNA) is pleased to announce the addition of two key hires to its supply chain organization. Mark Chandler has joined the company as Vice President of Supply Chain, and Sunny Yu has been appointed Logistics Specialist, reporting directly to Chandler.
Chandler has more than 30 years of experience leading supply chain strategy, operations, and logistics in the automotive, distribution and retail sectors. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Solve Industrial Motion Group, a global bearings manufacturer and distributor, where he oversaw operations, sourcing, procurement, and the integration of five acquisitions. Prior to that, Chandler spent over eight years at American Tire Distributors (ATD), where he served as President of FLX FWD 3PL and Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain. At ATD, he was instrumental in designing and executing the company’s supply chain transformation, launching a new 3PL business unit, and implementing advanced inventory and distribution systems that improved in-stock rates and operational efficiency.
His leadership will play a central role in scaling PCTNA’s infrastructure to meet the demands of rapid growth and customer expansion across North America.

Joining Chandler is Yue (Sunny) Yu, who brings advanced technical skills in business analytics, reporting, and logistics systems. A recent graduate of Emory University’s Master of Science in Business Analytics program, Yu has already built automation tools and BI dashboards at companies such as Zipline Logistics and JAS Worldwide. She will support operational reporting, data integrity, and systems improvement initiatives at PCTNA.

Marketing Team Expansion
PCTNA is also pleased to announce the addition of Savannah Powley as Director of Marketing for the Prinx Tires brand. Powley brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and brand development, including leadership roles at American Tire Distributors (ATD), where she led national promotions, dealer programs, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with major manufacturers.
In her new role at PCTNA, Powley will lead efforts to enhance dealer engagement, boost consumer visibility, and strengthen brand recognition across North America. She is currently spearheading Prinx Tires national sponsorship with the United Soccer League (USL), further expanding the brand’s footprint.
